Professional Background

I work in customer service by trade, and my experience is in public eligibility, non-client-facing administration and support (i.e. back office operations), credit services, and records. I also run a private non-profit organization for female empowerment in my spare time. We're not open to the public yet, and most of the advocacy work that we do is done in the background to promote the health and safety of our neighborhoods, but we will be expanding to provide telephone and in-person support to the community by referral soon.
