Professional Background

I work in customer service by trade, and my experience is in public eligibility, non-client-facing administration and support (i.e. back office operations), credit services, and records. I also run a private non-profit organization for female empowerment in my spare time. The coalition is not open to the public yet, and most of the advocacy work done in the background to promote the health and safety of our neighborhoods, but organizational goals include expanding to provide telephone and in-person support by referral to the global community.
